ANTS Tulum Was An Explosive Start To 2024

Tuesday, Jan 9, 2024

2024 started with a bang for The Colony as ANTS Tulum created a spectacular audio-visual experience deep in the lush jungle of Zamna Festival.

Taking over the Tulum festival’s stage, ANTS hosted a handpicked selection of The Colony’s favourite artists to start the year with a celebration of underground electronic music.

ANTS RADIO SHOW host Francisco Allendes teed up the night perfectly, delivering an expertly mixed blend of the freshest tech house sounds with a Latin twist.

The dANTSfloor was packed with Colony members dressed all in black and moving to the signature groove-led selections of ANTS resident Chelina Manuhutu, who started the year as she means to go with a jaw-dropping set in the jungle.

Next up, the epic build-ups and emotional stabs of ANTS favourite and long-term family member Joris Voorn washed over the audience, bathing the beautiful Tulum night in an uplifting melodic soundtrack.

As the night drew on, legendary techno producer and Drumcode Records founder Adam Beyer increased the tempo, bringing a harder-edged sound, which took energy levels in the crowd to another level.

The event reached its epic crescendo as ANTS original Andrea Oliva joined forces with Ilario Alicante for a blistering B2B that showcased the future-facing underground sound championed by ANTS.

ANTS Tulum was just the start of what set to be an unforgettable year for The Colony. Keep locked to ANTS to be the first to learn about what's coming next.
